Whether it was the old ownership or this new one, I have been helped in situations where they have gone out of their way to help out—within reason. Other places let call and explain why you might need your job done asap. Anyone would love it done fast. Here, I felt like they listened and really tried to help out. Much appreciated. Last week they saved my family camping trip by jumping in to work on it same day. I was nearly in tears that they actually seemed to care about it. Thank you Brian and Tyson for your help that day. And thank you owner Kyle for helping carry on the spirit of the Hockinson auto shop.

Great shop. They replaced pretty much my entire exhaust system in a day. I called and they where able to get it in and job complete the next day. I am impressed. Fully expected to wait 3 days. Still not sure how they were able to do it so quick. I thought the price was reasonable too. About what I expected to pay.

Kyle & Jessica treated me well with outstanding professionalism. They communicated really well, no upsell attempts, friendly & courteous demeanor. I had an oil pan & a crankshaft seal replaced. Highly recommended, I called two dozen places beforehand.
